The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training & Certification (Cohort 73) is a 60-hour program (lectures, applied coursework, and post-training coaching) designed to equip professionals with practical tools and techniques to lead improvement initiatives using the globally recognized DMAIC (Define–Measure–Analyze–Improve–Control) methodology.
Participants will gain hands-on experience in applying Lean Six Sigma concepts and analytical tools to understand processes, identify root causes of operational challenges, and implement solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Dr. Hermo has more than 20 years of experience in process improvement, innovation, and organizational transformation across industries, including financial services, business process outsourcing, technology, manufacturing, the public sector, and higher education. He is a faculty member at Miriam College and the founder of INNOVEO, a consulting and training firm specializing in operational excellence and process improvement.
