Dr. Marc Hermo IV is a leadership and organizational transformation consultant with more than 25 years of experience across technology, financial services, shared services, and operations-driven enterprises. As Founder of INNOVEO™ Consulting, he designs leadership development programs and strategic initiatives that help organizations strengthen execution, alignment, and operational performance.
Dr. Hermo specializes in translating strategy into disciplined action. By integrating structured leadership frameworks with operational thinking, he enables leaders to make sound decisions, navigate complexity, and deliver measurable results. He is widely recognized for bridging strategic clarity with practical execution, ensuring that leadership initiatives translate into tangible organizational impact.
A Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Dr. Hermo has led enterprise-level improvement initiatives and coached executives in structured problem solving and performance management practices. In addition to his consulting work, he serves in academia as a faculty member teaching Operations Management and leadership-related courses, bringing both practitioner experience and academic rigor into his executive workshops and masterclasses.
